Where Brooklyn At?
It started out in a family owned supermarket in Brooklyn. Two brothers had an idea to make a flavorful rotisserie chicken; instead of using pre packaged rubs, they decided to make their own. They went through months of trial and error to finally create a seasoning. Not only is it perfect on poultry it also compliments fish, steaks, lamb, pork, pizza, and even vegetables. They gave out samples to long-time customers for feedback and to their surprise they wanted more. Inevitably creating Big K's Rub
