Our History:

In a family It started out owned supermarket in Brooklyn. Two brothers had an idea to make a flavorful rotisserie chicken; instead of using prepacked rubs, they decided to make their Own. They went through months of trial and error to finally create a seasoning. Not only is it perfect on poultry it also compliments fish, steaks, lamb, pork, vegetables, and even pizza . They gave out samples to long-time customers for feedback, and to their surprise they wanted more.
