It started out in a family owned supermarket in Brooklyn. Two brothers had an idea to make a flavorful rotisserie chicken; instead of using pre packaged rubs, they decided to make their own. They went through months of trial and error to finally create a seasoning. Not only is it perfect on poultry it also compliments fish, steaks, lamb, pork, pizza, and even vegetables.
